An audience at an awards ceremony
Award Sponsorship

What if your next great business relationship started at an awards night?

Birmingham Excellence Award brings together ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs, leaders and organisations with stories worth celebrating. Sponsorship lets your organisation become part of those conversations: before the ceremony, in the room, and long after the final award has been presented.

Not simply another logo. Not simply another table. A chance to be seen, heard, remembered and connected.

Start with the outcome

If sponsorship worked really well for you, what would it achieve?

Pick the one that sounds most like you. We'll take it from there.

Find my sponsorship fit

Don't start with our package. Start with your objective.

Tell us who you want to reach, what you want to achieve and what you want your brand to be known for. We'll suggest sponsorship routes around those priorities, and say why.

  • Every question can be skipped
  • Budget comes last, and only if you want to share it
  • No email needed to see your options

What sponsorship is for

Not a logo. An outcome.

Be seen

Put your organisation alongside the businesses and people being recognised for what they have achieved.

Be heard

Where it fits, contribute expertise to conversations that matter to the awards community.

Be remembered

Create experiences, content and moments people associate with your brand.

Be connected

Meet people worth knowing, rather than simply collecting contacts.

Be relevant

Align with the industries and communities that matter to your organisation.

Stay in the conversation

Look beyond awards night towards relationships that last.

Ready to talk

Want something bigger than one awards night?

Could we do both? Yes.

Some organisations build a stronger relationship by combining sponsorship with their own expertise, services, content, community or technology, over more than one season.

Trust & independence

Sponsors support the awards. Judges decide the results.

Sponsorship never influences judging, finalist selection or winners. It never buys editorial coverage or a creator's endorsement.

What your sponsorship includes (visibility, hospitality, content, timings and how you are credited) is agreed with you in writing before anything is committed.

We don't promise audiences, leads or returns we can't stand behind. That independence is exactly what makes the association worth having.

Questions

What sponsors ask before they commit

How much does sponsorship cost?+

It depends on what you want to achieve and how you want to be involved. The indicative bands in the profile are a guide; a proposal is built around your objectives, and nothing is committed until you agree it.

Is sponsorship the same as partnership?+

No. Sponsorship is an investment in visibility, association and hospitality; partnership is about what you bring and the value created both ways. Some organisations do both, and neither requires the other.

Can we sponsor a single award category?+

Yes. Category sponsorship has its own page, where you can find the categories that fit your brand.

Does sponsorship influence judging or results?+

Never. Sponsors support the awards; independent judges decide the results. Sponsorship also never buys editorial coverage or a creator endorsement.

What will we get?+

What your sponsorship includes is agreed with you in writing. We don't promise audiences, leads or returns we can't stand behind.

Can we sponsor more than one award show, or for longer?+

Where it makes sense, yes. Tell us in your profile and the team will build the options with you.

What happens after we register or create a profile?+

The team reviews what you want to achieve and the sponsorships it suggested, then comes back with ideas built around them.

Know an organisation?

Who came to mind while you were reading this?

A brand that wants to be seen with ambitious businesses, a firm looking to host clients, a company that belongs in the room. Send them this page.

The right sponsorship should start with a conversation, not a price list.

Tell us what you're trying to achieve, and we'll explore whether there's a relevant way to make Birmingham Excellence Award part of it.
