The Young Property Entrepreneur of the Year Award recognises a young entrepreneur, aged 35 or under, who has founded and grown a property business.
It rewards ambition, resilience and a business with a bright future.
Eligibility
Open to property entrepreneurs aged 35 or under, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- Entries are judged on the business built and its growth

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered
- How they work with others
- What clients and colleagues say about them

Additional criteria
Include examples of the work, the results in figures where possible and a word from a client or colleague.
