The Social Housing Excellence Award recognises a housing association, council or social landlord delivering quality homes and services to tenants.
The judges look for tenant satisfaction, repairs and genuine tenant involvement.
Eligibility
Open to housing associations, councils and registered providers, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- Clarity of offer and what sets it apart
