It rewards a manager who looks after guests and team equally well.
Eligibility
Open to restaurant managers and assistant managers, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered

- What guests and colleagues say about them
