The Restaurant Group of the Year Award recognises a restaurant group or multi-site operator that has grown while keeping quality and culture consistent at every site.
The judges look for strong leadership, a team that develops its people and guests who trust the brand.
Eligibility
Open to restaurant groups and multi-site operators with two or more sites, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

Qualitative criteria
- Clarity of concept and offer
- Reputation with guests and partners
- Culture and the team behind the business
Metrics
- Revenue and growth

- Jobs created or retained
Additional criteria
- Include figures for the last one to two years
- Examples of standout work and testimonials from guests or partners
