Eligibility
Open to property leaders at any level, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- Entries are judged on impact on their team
- People developed
- Results and testimony from colleagues
Qualitative criteria
- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered
- How they work with others
- What clients and colleagues say about them
Metrics
- Results delivered this year
- Clients or people helped
- Recognition already received
Additional criteria
Include examples of the work, the results in figures where possible and a word from a client or colleague.
