About this category
The Hospitality Project of the Year Award recognises a single project, from a new opening or refurbishment to a system launch or community scheme, completed in the last two years.
It is open to operators, suppliers and partners, and rewards ambition, delivery and results.
Eligibility
Open to hospitality projects completed within the last 24 months, based in or serving the region. Entries may be made by the operator or any partner involved. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria
- Entries are judged on the project's aims and how they were met
- Delivery against time and budget
- Collaboration
- The results achieved
Qualitative criteria
- The aim and why it mattered
- How it was designed and delivered
- Who was involved
Metrics
- Results achieved
- People or businesses reached
- Return on the investment
Additional criteria
- Include outcomes in figures where possible
- Images where relevant and a word from somebody who benefited
