The judges look for thought, care and consistency at every step.
Eligibility
Open to hospitality businesses of any type and size, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria
- Entries are judged on the guest journey and how it is designed
- Guest satisfaction scores and reviews
- Staff training and improvements made from feedback
Qualitative criteria
- Clarity of concept and offer
- Reputation with guests and partners
- Culture and the team behind the business
Metrics
- Revenue and growth
- Guest satisfaction, reviews and repeat business
- Jobs created or retained
Additional criteria
- Include figures for the last one to two years
