The Front of House Team of the Year Award recognises a front of house, reception or service team whose welcome and service set the tone for every visit.
The judges look for warmth, professionalism and teamwork that guests notice.
Eligibility
Open to front of house, reception and service teams in any hospitality setting, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
