The Energy-Efficient Property Project of the Year Award recognises a project that has dramatically improved the energy efficiency of existing homes or buildings.
It rewards measured savings and lessons others can use.
Eligibility
Open to energy efficiency and retrofit projects completed within the last 24 months, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- The aim and why it mattered
- How it was designed and delivered
- Who was involved
Metrics
- Results achieved
- People, homes or businesses reached
- Return on the investment
Additional criteria
- Include outcomes in figures where possible
- Images where relevant and a word from somebody who benefited
