The Emerging Property Investor of the Year Award recognises a property investor in their first five years whose early portfolio shows promise and good practice.
The judges look for learning, sound decisions and a strategy built to last.
Eligibility
Open to property investors who bought their first investment property in the last five years, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered

- What clients and colleagues say about them

Additional criteria
