The judges look for genuine community involvement and lasting benefit.
Eligibility
Open to community-led housing developments, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- How it was designed and delivered
- Who was involved
Metrics
- Results achieved
- People, homes or businesses reached
- Return on the investment
Additional criteria
- Include outcomes in figures where possible
- Images where relevant and a word from somebody who benefited
