It rewards hosts who know their guests by name and their local area inside out.
Eligibility
Open to bed and breakfast businesses of any size, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria

- The quality of rooms and breakfast
- The personal welcome
- Local knowledge shared and repeat or recommended bookings
Qualitative criteria
- Clarity of concept and offer
- Reputation with guests and partners

Metrics
- Revenue and growth

- Jobs created or retained
Additional criteria
- Include figures for the last one to two years
