The Barista of the Year Award recognises a barista whose craft, consistency and customer care make every cup excellent.
It rewards real knowledge of coffee and a welcome that brightens customers' day.
Eligibility
Open to baristas in coffee shops, cafés, hotels and restaurants, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered

- What guests and colleagues say about them
